By creating an account on gymmit., you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not create an account or use the app. You must also agree to the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Users must be at least 13 years old to use gymmit. Users under 18 must have obtained parental or guardian consent. By creating an account, the user represents that they meet this requirement.
Upon registration, users agree to:
Only one personal account may be maintained per individual. Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or circumvent policies is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent removal from the platform.
Users are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under their account. nonch. development will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of an account.
By using gymmit., users agree not to:
nonch. development reserves the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules, at its sole discretion.
Users retain ownership of the content they create and post on gymmit. ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, the user grants nonch. development a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display that content for the purpose of operating and improving the gymmit. service.
All User Content must comply with these Terms. Users are solely responsible for their User Content and the consequences of posting it. nonch. development does not endorse any User Content or any opinion expressed therein.
nonch. development reserves the right to remove any User Content at any time without notice if it violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
gymmit. allows users to upload images and videos as part of posts, exercise demonstrations, workout thumbnails, profile avatars, and cover photos.
Important: Only media that the user has personally created, owns, or has explicit permission to use may be uploaded. Uploading content belonging to someone else — including photos, videos, music, artwork, or any copyrighted material — without proper authorisation is strictly prohibited.
All media uploaded to gymmit. is processed through an automated content moderation system. Uploads containing explicit, violent, self-harm, or otherwise prohibited content will be automatically rejected. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.
When media is uploaded to gymmit., the user grants nonch. development a licence to store, process, display, and distribute that media within the platform for service operation purposes. This licence ends when the content or account is deleted, subject to technical retention periods required for backup and system integrity.
nonch. development reserves the right to impose storage limits on uploaded media and may delete media associated with inactive or terminated accounts after a reasonable notice period.
gymmit. includes social features such as a public feed, posts, likes, comments, shares, follow requests, and user profiles.
gymmit. provides the ability to block other users. Blocked users cannot view profiles, interact with posts, or send follow requests.
Certain accounts may be marked as verified. Users may not misrepresent themselves as verified or attempt to obtain verification through deceptive means.
The gymmit. app, its design, code, branding, logos, trademarks, exercise library content, and all associated intellectual property are owned by nonch. development and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used to create derivative works without express written permission.
Users retain all intellectual property rights in the content they create and post on gymmit., subject to the licence granted in these Terms.
If it is believed that content on gymmit. infringes a copyright, this should be reported via the in-app bug report feature or by direct contact. All reports will be investigated and infringing content removed where appropriate. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
gymmit. is not a medical service. The workout tracking, nutrition logging, calorie data, exercise instructions, and fitness content available on gymmit. are provided for general informational and motivational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Before beginning any exercise programme or making significant changes to diet, a qualified healthcare professional should be consulted — particularly where pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or medical concerns exist.
gymmit. offers an optional paid subscription (Gymmit Pro) that unlocks premium analytics features. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions in addition to these Terms.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at the time of purchase confirmation. You must have a valid payment method associated with your Apple ID to purchase a subscription.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price as the original purchase.
Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled at any time via your device's account settings:
Cancelling stops future renewals. Access to Gymmit Pro features continues until the end of the current paid billing period. Deleting the gymmit. app does not cancel a subscription — you must cancel through your Apple ID account settings as described above.
Where a free trial is offered, it will begin immediately upon confirmation. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if a paid subscription is purchased before the trial ends. After the trial period expires, the subscription automatically renews at the stated price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
If Gymmit Pro features are not appearing after a valid purchase — for example, after reinstalling the app or switching devices — use the "Restore purchases" option on the paywall or subscription screen. This reactivates entitlements linked to your Apple ID at no additional charge. Restore only works with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
All purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. nonch. development does not process refunds directly and has no control over Apple's refund decisions.
If subscription pricing changes, Apple will notify you in advance and ask you to approve the new price before your next renewal. Continued use of gymmit. after approving the new price constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.
Current subscription options, pricing, and billing periods are displayed on the in-app paywall screen before purchase. gymmit. reserves the right to introduce, modify, or discontinue subscription tiers at any time, subject to applicable notice requirements.
A combination of automated AI moderation and, where necessary, human review is used to keep gymmit. safe. By using the platform, users acknowledge and agree that:
Users are encouraged to report content or behaviour that violates these Terms via the in-app bug report feature or by contacting the support team. All reports are taken seriously and investigated promptly.
Accounts may be deleted at any time from within the app via Settings → Account Management → Delete Account. Upon deletion, personal data will be removed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Certain data may be retained for legal compliance purposes. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an active subscription — this must be done separately through Apple ID account settings before deletion.
nonch. development reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without prior notice, if:
Upon termination, access to gymmit. will cease immediately. Content posted may be removed from public view. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to termination, nor does it entitle the user to a refund of any subscription fees paid.
gymmit. is provided "as is" and "as available." No guarantee is made that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nonch. development and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
gymmit. integrates third-party services including food databases, cloud storage providers, and Apple's in-app purchase system. nonch. development is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or conduct of these services.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. When material changes are made, users will be notified via push notification, in-app alert, or email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of gymmit. after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
If updated Terms are not agreed to, gymmit. must be stopped and the account deleted prior to the effective date.
